Deborah Anderson is President and CEO of The Anderson Group Enterprises, LLC, a professional and personal development company. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Ms. Anderson completed a Bachelor’s degree in Community Services Development, which prepared her for the non-profit arena. Deborah is also certified in Women’s Issues, Multicultural Diversity Issues, Life Skills Training, Workforce Readiness Training and is a Certified Life Coach. Additionally, Deborah is a Certified Career Development Facilitatior and a Certified Trainer with Association for Talent Development, (formerly American Society for Training and Deveopment). With over twelve years of experience, Deborah designs seminars and workshops that are geared towards addressing workplace and workforce development issues in addition to personal development trainings. Deborah believes that “when you know better, you do better” and with her stylized coaching and developmental techniques, teams/individuals are successfully trained to step outside of their comfort zone and realize their true potential.

Kenneth (Kenny) Anderson is an advisor to the Anderson Group Enterprises, LLC.  He is a 1st generation college graduate from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business,  where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management.  With 15+ years of corporate experience, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and valued leadership principles from several organizations such as Motorola, Inc., Marshall Fields's (Target Corporation), Hugo Boss and most recently, Senior Vice-President of Merchandising with Georgio Armani. First impressions matter and often can be the difference between securing or losing a future role or opportunity. Kenny believes that how you feel on the outside reflects how you feel on the inside, and when done effectively, can truly enhance your creditibility in the workplace and increase your self-confidence as well.  He enjoys mentoring and advising the next generation of leaders with emphasis on closing the generational wealth gap, focusing on financial literacy and achieving professional goals.

Shayla D. Anderson also serves as an advisor to The Anderson Group Enterprises, LLC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Central Michigan University. Shayla’s education and 20+ years of customer service and project management experience has equipped her with a strong ability to relate, communicate and engage with individuals of all ethnicities and backgrounds. Shayla is currently employed with the Trader Joe’s organization as a resident commercial artist. She is also the CEO and owner of The Visual Moon Collective, which is an art brand geared towards igniting artistic talent and improving overall wellness of individuals through the practice of creative mindfulness and art therapy style art training. Shayla is passionate about helping individuals tap into their artistic power and explore their creative side.
