THE DORIAN PROJECT
In August of 2012, Deborah lost her son to random gun violence. As unbearable as the loss has been, she has vowed that his death would not be in vain but a platform from which to speak about purpose and the value of life. The Dorian Project’s mission and purpose is to address the challenges of urban young adults who may feel that because their lives may have gotten off-track, for whatever reason, they can't dream or fulfill any dreams they may have, but we belive that "when you know better you do better".
Urban communities have various issues that cannot be resolved by government alone, but must be addressed by all of those who have a vested interest in its success. Parents, families, schools, law enforcement, religious institutions and the business community are all necessary for successful turnaround. Using whatever resources available to us, the Anderson Group Enterprises has resolved to be a part of the solution, believing that if you can facilitate change, you can not only save lives, but you can change generations.
